6.  Cabin Weekend Getaway

 Get away from it all and get back to nature in this rustic mountain cabin located within walking or driving distance from Pine Creek Trail and Pine Creek.  You will be able to relax and stay up to 4 days/3 nights and take in all the area has to offer.  This Cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and comfortably sleeps 8.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor fire pit with seating.  Highest bidder will need to provide linens and towels for their stay.  This is a perfect getaway to enjoy with your family and take in all the hiking, biking, fishing and swimming that Pine Creek has to offer.  Available dates are June 14-16, July 12-14, August 2-4 and August 24-26.  These dates are a Friday to Sunday, but you are welcome to add a 4th day on either Thursday or Monday.

12. Summer Floral Centerpieces Class

Love hosting?  Let’s design our table together!  Come out for a garden tour, simple tablescape ideas and design a centerpiece with fresh cut flowers from our farm, for your table.  Class will be taught by Alisha Ebersole.  A light snack will be enjoyed together!  This class will take place at Splendid Flowers, Manheim from 6pm-8pm on Wednesday August 9th, with a rain date of August 10th.  A compote vase will be provided and is yours to keep.  8 tickets will be sold

In 1862, the Union League of Philadelphia was founded as a Patriotic Society to support the policies of President Abraham Lincoln.  The League has hosted U.S. Presidents, heads of state, industrialists, and entertainers.  Today the League is a private, members only, 5-Star Platinum Club.  As the high bidder you will enjoy a RARE opportunity to stay at the Union League of Philadelphia for either 2 nights (1 couple) or 1 night (for 2 couples).  This package also includes dinner(s) at the League.  

14. “Where’s the Beef?”  Find it fresh and flavorful at Landis       Family Farms

Landis Family Farms is located in Manheim, PA and run by Jason & Briana Landis.  They raise 100% all natural, non-GMO, grain-fed beef.  The grain fed to the cattle comes from the family farm, where sustainable farming practices are embraced.  The calves are purchased from a cow/calf operation in Lebanon County, creating a truly local beef.  They offer 1/4, 1/2 or whole steer, and have several butcher dates available throughout the year.

They are donating a 1/4 steer (which will be approximately 100 lbs of meat) at the auction this year.  It will be vacuum sealed and frozen by Zimmerman’s Butcher shop in Lititz and will be ready for pickup in early July (butcher date is June 26).  Jason or Briana will be in touch with the winning bidder when the beef is ready for pick up!
