Whole Child - Library

Library - The love of reading and lifelong learning is reinforced in library.

Library Program

The LAMS library program seeks to teach the students the skills needed to become lifelong readers and learners with a Christian world view. During the primary grades the students are taught the library functions, set up and resources. The students are introduced to the joy of reading through a variety of authors, illustrators and genres.   Students in the intermediate grades begin developing research skills and techniques used to interpret information.  They are taught how to use the internet as a resource for information. The goal of our library is to encourage students to think outside themselves and begin to develop a Christian world view.
